Your dashboard is the home base for everything you host and create. Sign in at budapest.fm/login and you land on your creator dashboard. Here is what you will find.
Your shows
The dashboard opens with your shows. Each show has its own cover art, description, and public page. From a show you can:
- Edit the title, description, and cover art
- Manage the public show page and the platform links listeners see
- Add hosts and co-hosts
- Open the show's episodes
Solo includes 1 show, Slate includes up to 3 shows, and Syndicate includes up to 10 shows.
Episodes
Inside a show you manage its episodes. For each episode you can:
Upload audio
Add an audio file and Budapest.fm handles the feed and hosting.
Intro and outro
Set a standard intro and outro once and Budapest.fm bakes them into every episode for you.
Show notes and artwork
Write your episode notes and set episode artwork.
Synchronized transcripts
Create a transcript with real timing, synchronized playback, and editable speaker assignments.
Private episode workspace
Each episode has a private workspace where production tasks happen before anything is published. In the workspace you can review synchronized transcripts, create Episode Copy Packs, produce translated editions, and review AI narration. Nothing in the workspace is published until you approve it.
The episode workspace is private to you and your team. Tools inside it appear based on what you have enabled for your account. If you do not see a tool, it has not been turned on yet.
Synchronized transcript review
When you create a transcript, it opens in a synchronized review view. The text is timed to your audio, so you can play back and follow along at the exact moment each word is spoken. Speaker names are assigned automatically and you can edit them. The review stays private until you are happy with it.

Episode Copy Packs
An Episode Copy Pack bundles the production assets for an episode so you can review, refine, or share them as a set. Copy Packs are created in the private episode workspace and use AI credits. They are not published automatically.
AI Studio
AI Studio is where you manage your AI production tools: synchronized transcripts, Episode Copy Packs, translated editions, AI narration, and reusable voices. Your AI Studio shows your current credit balance and lets you buy prepaid credits when you need more.
AI Studio and its tools appear in your dashboard when AI features are enabled for your account. Not every customer sees every tool. If something is missing, it has not been turned on yet.
Credit balance
Your credit balance shows how many AI credits you have. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 250 on Solo, 1,000 on Slate, and 3,000 on Syndicate. Included credits reset each month. You can add prepaid credits at any time from the pricing page for heavier or irregular AI use.
Voice inbox
When voice collection is enabled for your account, a separate Voice inbox appears in your dashboard. Submissions from your recorder arrive there with automatic transcription, source details, consent state, and review status. The Voice inbox is distinct from your shows and episodes.
The Voice inbox appears only when voice collection is enabled. If you do not see it, the feature has not been turned on for your account.
Analytics
Every plan includes real download analytics powered by OP3. On your analytics you can:
- See downloads across your shows and per episode
- Follow trends over time
- Export your numbers to CSV or XLSX whenever you need them
Downloads are measured through OP3, an open and independent analytics service, so your numbers are transparent and portable.
Your feed and distribution
Every show has a clean RSS feed with durable links. You use that feed to list your podcast in the major apps such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. Once a directory has your feed, new episodes appear there automatically after you publish.
Profile and language
Your profile is where you manage your public host details and your language. Budapest.fm works in both English and Hungarian, and you can switch at any time from your profile.
Billing
Your billing area shows your current plan and lets you manage your subscription. Everything is handled through our secure payment provider.
