Create an Episode Copy Pack from your uploaded episode to organise production assets in one private package that you can review before approving anything. The pack is created inside the private episode workspace and stays unpublished until you review and approve it.
Before you start
- You need at least one episode with audio uploaded.
- You need AI credits in your balance. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 250 on Solo, 1,000 on Slate, and 3,000 on Syndicate. You can add prepaid credits from the pricing page.
- Standard episode uploads are opt-in for AI processing.
- You see and confirm the exact credit quote before any processing starts.
What is an Episode Copy Pack
An Episode Copy Pack is a bundle of production assets for a single episode. You create it from the private episode workspace after your episode audio has been uploaded.
Creating a Copy Pack does not publish anything automatically. Drafts remain private until you review and approve them.
Create an Episode Copy Pack
Open the episode
In your show, open the episode you want to work on.
Enter the private episode workspace
Go to the private episode workspace for that episode. This is where AI production work is created and reviewed before approval.
Choose to create a Copy Pack
Select the option to create an Episode Copy Pack from the workspace.
Review the credit quote
You see the exact credit cost before anything starts. The original language Copy Pack costs 50 credits, and each additional language costs 40 credits.
Confirm and process
If you are happy with the quote, confirm it to start processing. Credits are deducted only after you confirm.
Review the result
Return to the workspace to review the completed Copy Pack. Your drafts remain private while you check the result.
What happens next
After you approve the result, the Copy Pack is attached to the episode. Until then, drafts stay private in the episode workspace for review.
Nothing publishes automatically. You stay in control of what is approved and when it is attached to the episode.

Troubleshooting
The Copy Pack is waiting for credits
Check your current AI credit balance first. If your balance is too low, add prepaid credits from the pricing page and try again.
The Copy Pack did not generate
Wait a moment and refresh the workspace. Processing status can appear a little later than the initial request.
If the Copy Pack still does not appear, check whether credits were deducted after confirmation. If no credits were deducted, the job may not have started.
I do not see the Copy Pack option
AI features may not be enabled for that episode. Standard episode uploads are opt-in for AI processing, so check that AI processing was enabled for the upload you want to use.
