Billing, Account, and a Help Center
The help center is now complete for launch. New guides cover our plans and how to manage your subscription and invoices, your profile and switching between English and Hungarian, and signing in and resetting your password. A new Help Center section adds frequently asked questions and a troubleshooting guide for the most common issues.
Feed, Distribution, and Analytics guides are live
The help center now covers how your show reaches listeners and how you measure it. New guides explain your RSS feed and its durable address, how to submit your feed to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, and how to migrate an existing podcast from another host with your audio re-hosted for you. A new Analytics section covers your OP3 downloads and how to export your numbers as CSV or XLSX. Plans and billing and account guides are next.
Your Show and Episodes guides are live
The help center now covers the core hosting workflow end to end. New guides walk you through adding a show, writing your description and cover art, turning on your public show page and platform links, and crediting your hosts and co-hosts. A new Episodes section covers uploading an episode, show notes and artwork, setting up an intro and outro that bake in automatically, and generating transcripts on Slate and Syndicate. Feed and distribution, analytics, and billing guides are next.
